THE REGION IS DEFINED BY THE CHOBE RIVER, A SIGNIFICANT SOURCE OF LIFE FOR FLORA AND FAUNA, INCLUDING PREDATORS. THE INFLUENCE IT HAS AND LIFE IT ATTRACTS ARE INCREDIBLE. THE RIVER PLAYS BORDER TO THE CHOBE NATIONAL PARK, HOME TO AFRICA’S LARGEST ELEPHANT POPULATION.

A boat safari is a magnificent way to watch them drink, wash and play. You may even spot giraffe, sable and cape buffalo. While it is a major watering spot, the lush riverfront is not the only ecosystem in the park. The Nogatsaa and Tchinga, a hot and dry hinterland, as well as Linyanti Swamps and Savuti Marsh also make up the park. Lions, antelopes, hippos, migrating zebras and numerous bird species are spread across the floodplains, rich grasslands and woodlands.
